JEFF VIDOV

Jeff Vidov is a Toronto Canada based choir conductor/session pianist/film composer/musical theater director who has scored 15 films/2tv shows and has played in numerous jazz big bands/orchestras in Toronto, and is well known as a keyboardist for numerous touring rock bands/tribute acts. He received his BM in music composition as a scholarship student at the Eastman School of music and his MM at the Manhattan School of music in NYC, and learned music composition from Pulitzer prize winning composers Christopher Rouse and Joseph Schwantner. He has 20 piano concerti in his piano performance repertoire, including the Tchaikovsky 1st and Rachmanonov's 2nd and 3rd piano concerti. He is well known in the Toronto choral community as a choral conductor/piano accompanist and has music directed cabaret shows and musical theatre productions and has worked at Second city comedy in Toronto as a music director. He has composed numerous classical works for orchestra and chamber music, and has 5 rock concept albums coming out in the next couple years.
